Frequently Asked Investment Questions

What type of businesses are available for investment?

Our Investment Managers are experts in real estate development, retail and restaurants and boast over 20 years profitable experience. Most of our projects will be within one of these areas of specialisation.

Are these Public or Private Investments?

All projects are Private Investments. Our investors are mostly private individuals. As with any investment, the offering should be carefully considered even though high rewards are achievable, there are risks involved too.

Will I have to run the business?

No, the business is managed and run by qualified and experienced professionals. Every aspect of the business is taken care of. If you do not wish to be a passive investor, there are certain businesses that will allow you to be an active investor but the business will still be administered and controlled by the Investment Manager.

How is my investment recorded?

A legal document is the instrument that will record your shareholding in the business, or businesses, you invest in.

Can I liquidate my investment at any time?

You should consider your investment to be illiquid for at least 5 years to benefit from the business plan even though you have full entitlement to sell your shareholding at any time. You should not enter into an investment though us if you cannot commit to at least this period.

How will I know how the investment is performing?

You will receive statements on a quarterly basis showing all the pertinent information.

Do I need a U.S Bank Account?

Although not necessary, it is advisable to open an account in Florida if you do not already have one. It will make it easier for you to receive income from your investment and for tax reporting purposes.

What about tax?

You will be liable for tax only when you start receiving income from the investment at the same rate as any U.S. Citizen. You will also need an accountant to file your taxes.

If I am investing for a Green Card can I choose from any investment?

No. The EB-5 program has very stringent conditions and not all investments are suitable. We will guide you to the correct investment for your requirements.
